Beginner : discovery and first step
Formula 6 hours
- 1st lesson : Introducing to activity and equipment. Keep off the sail from the water with the uphaul. Turning the board under your feet on a 360°. Start an go for 10 meters and turning back.
- 2nd lesson : Discovery of the upwind turning tack and downwind turning tack.
- 3rd lesson : Go and go back. Upwind turning tack and downwind turning tack.
Formula 10 hours
The 3 first lessons are identical to the 6 hours class.
- 4th lesson : Going upwind. Upwind and downwind turning tack.
- 5th lesson : Beach Start. Discovery of the harness.
Improvement
Formula 6 hours
- 1st lesson : Beach start. Upwind turning tack. Navigation with planning.
- 2nd lesson : Navigation with planning and harness. Downwind turning tack.
- 3rd lesson : Navigation with planning and harness. Discovery of the waterstart.
Formula 10 hours
The 3 first sessions are identical of the 6 hours class.
- 4th lesson : Navigation with harness. Foot straps. Waterstart.
- 5th lesson : Navigation with harness. Foot straps. Discovery of the gybe.
